Event Description: Jeff Schmid, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, will provide his perspective on the economy based on his role as the key monetary policymaker for the Tenth Federal Reserve District. As the regional headquarters of the nation’s central bank, the Kansas City Fed and its branches in Denver, Oklahoma City and Omaha serve the seven states of Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Wyoming, northern New Mexico and western Missouri.
